By accessing and using Settle the GOAT Debate ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

2. Service Description

The Site provides a paid voting platform where users can cast votes for either Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo in the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) debate. Each vote costs $10.00 USD and is processed through Stripe.

3. Voting and Payments

• Each vote requires a payment of $10.00 USD
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All votes are final. No refunds will be issued.
• There is no limit to the number of votes a user may cast
• Votes are recorded only after successful payment confirmation

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

The Site displays aggregate vote counts for entertainment purposes. The results of the vote do not constitute an official ranking, award, or endorsement. The GOAT debate is, ultimately, a matter of opinion.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this Site. You must have authorization to use the payment method provided.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to cast votes
• Attempt to manipulate vote counts through fraudulent means
• Use stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Site's systems

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, design, and code, is the property of the Site operator. Player names and likenesses are the property of their respective owners and are used here for the purpose of fan engagement and commentary.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability
